Software Installation Engineer

Technical Qualifications:

• B.S in Computer Science or Chemical Engineering or related degree with two or more years of experience.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in Software installation, training and customer support.
• Understanding of network architectures.
• Experience with Microsoft SQL Server installation and administration.
• UNIX skills are highly desired.
• Good communication skills

Job Functions and Responsibilities:

• Works closely with software developers, application engineers, customer care, quality assurance and other subject-matter experts to install products at customer sites
• Conduct training for clients on PAS software products
• Product testing
• Client interaction
