Technical Qualifications:
Degree in Chemical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or Computer Science with seven or more years of experience in technical sales and sales management, including software and related consulting services for the process industries
Preferred Skills:
Proven ability to coach and motivate sales professionals
Proven ability to develop sales strategies and pursuit plans
Comprehensive understanding of commercial terms and conditions
Willingness to travel 40% to 50%.
Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Job Functions and Responsibilities:
Manages a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets
Coaches, mentors, and develops sales personnel
Ability to manage channel partners
Develops accurate sales forecasts
Leads all account and pursuit planning for the territory
